Management Services, We Provide:
- (No need to wait until your current contract expires!)Monthly collection of rents. Certification of funds and timely remittance to the Owner(s) no later than the 10th of each month, or the first business day thereafter. Additional collections are funded on the 25th or first business day thereafter. Direct deposit is available through two financial institutions.
- Routine exterior/interior inspections of property throughout year.
- Timely handling of any necessary repairs needed on the property. We maintain an Owners Repair & Maintenance Reserve of $300. Repairs in excess of $300 MUST be authorized by the Owner(s) prior to execution. Receipts will always accompany any deduction for a repair/expense.
- Accurate accounting of Income and Expenses on the property. Reports will be mailed/e-mailed each month. An annual report will be provided to you no later than January 31st for the previous year. (Fees)
